We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchased from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a prompt refund or store credit. Refunds are credited back to the billing party's credit card. If you received the item as a gift and want to return it, you can do so for store credit.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, just email or call us and we will send you a replacement and a pre-paid return label for the defective item.
If you want to return a non-defective item, for any reason, you may return it to the address below within 30 days of purchase. All you need to do is send it back to us in "new/unused" condition in the original packaging, or with all tags attached if it is a stuffed animal.
NOTE: You have to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you send your return back to us. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RMA number. Please email or call us to obtain the RMA number.
Make sure to include a copy of the invoice (or packing slip), reason for the return and the RMA number. The RMA number should also be printed on the outside of the box. Send your return to:
